A 100 years of history
Nagaoka Metal Industry Co, Ltd was founded in fall 1919 by Nagaoka in a rural area of Osaka, Japan. The company was producing metal part for Japanese bicycle companies at the beginning.
After 100 years, the company has grown and increased its portfolio to other industries, with factories and offices spanned across Asia for both manufacture and services to Asia Pacific market.
Owns multiple assembly machineries and researched patents, Nagaoka Group is always ready for new engineering and construction challenges, especially when facing the new era of growing solar projects.
Nagaoka's branches
Nagaoka Group currently has 3 manufacturing factories in Japan, one industrial complex in China and one machining factory in Thailand. We are confident in our ability to meet difficult standards and demand in both quality and quantity.
Head Office
Our office division, responsible for planning, design, technical research, quality assurance and logistic management. This is also the hub to connect with our trusted partners.
Hyogo Factory
Our main production line. Currently owns 5 hydraulic press (15-300 tons capacity) and other asembly lines for Nagaoka’s main products.
Sanko Factory
Responsible for metal press, soldering and coating Nagaoka’s products. Nagaoka owns a exclusive patent of coating to enhance the durability of the product against corrosion.
Nagaoka's China Industrial Complex
Main industrial complex in Dongguan, China. Capable to manufacturing electrical, mechanical and other hi-tech parts.
Nagaoka Thai Factory
Nagaoka’s headquarter for SEA region. Responsible for both sale and manufacturing parts that directly go into this growing market.
